Have you guys heard about this new movie coming out?
The story line in the movie is really good, but what
hit me the most was that a church did it!!! This is the second movie that they did. The first one had a budget of $20k and they were given
the money from the members of the church. They sold it on DVD and made over $500K. The actors they used for both movies are members of their church and students from the church's school.
Facing The Giants is getting an opportunity by Sony to be viewed in 400 theaters across the US. Unfortunately, Sony is giving it only one weekend to sink or swim...that weekend is the last weekend of September. (Check the link below for the exact dates in your area.) As Christians, we must show Hollywood that we need Christian films to be made. I encourage you to support and tell others about this compelling
movie about a coach, a football team and the Giants they face in their lives...But God, helps them overcome!
