If all you see is a bunch of squares then you will need to follow these directions:
To correctly display Web pages encoded in any language
Most Web pages contain information that tells the browser what language encoding (the language and character set) to use.
If the page does not include that information, and you have the Language Encoding Auto-Select feature on, Internet Explorer can usually determine the appropriate language encoding.
To turn Auto-Select on
On the View menu in Internet Explorer, point to Encoding, and then make sure Auto-Select has a check mark. If it doesn't, select it.
If you are prompted to download language support components, click Download.
If Auto-Select cannot determine the correct language encoding, and you know what language encoding it should be, you can manually select it.
To select the language encoding for a Web page
On the View menu, point to Encoding, point to More, and then click the appropriate language.
If you are prompted to download language support components, click Download.
Notes
If the Auto-Select feature or a specific language pack is not installed on your computer, Internet Explorer prompts you to download the files as needed.
Adding languages does not guarantee that your computer has a font that can display Web pages in your preferred languages. To be prompted when fonts need to be added, on the Tools menu, click Internet Options, click the Advanced tab, and then select the Enable Install On Demand check box.
You can add a Language Encoding button to your toolbar to make switching between languages quicker.

Expert,
I think most Chinese read English and most German read English as well. Chinese character has different encoding schemes between Taiwan, HongKong and Mainland. So if you want an easy one, pick German.
Which robot translator did you use for the the Chinese translation? The characters are correct but no one speaks Chinese like this - kind of like Commander Data in Star Trek trying to mimic his first smile :mouth_closed:
I picked traditional chinese but I can allways pick the other too. I really want your comments on this because I feel we need to actually do what our name says, World. I realize this will not be an easy task but I also do not believe it is impossible.
One things I learned from the conference is that companies that are willing to send thier admins to the workshops even if it is in anothere language. I met many people from South America that where taking it upon themselves to try to overcome this language issue. If they are willing to try then I am too.
One interesting thing about China and Germany....Look at this non-updated list and you will see how many companies in China and Germany have Licenses.
[QUOTE=relaxtoday;36758]It's great to see a Chinese forum for PDMSworld.
If you read Engrish.com, you'll know that many Chinese don't read English.

PDMS is in english only, right?
The more languages we use, the less people will participate and the less answers we will get.
I take it as a chance to improve my english - so why not see it this way?
