In which module, are you running this and what is your current element? I have seen this error when user tries to run isometric on an element other than PIPE while the PLOT file name in options is based on PIPE.

You probably have ISODRAFT module opened with second session at the same time?

Does it give error on this specific pipe or on all pipes? This will be using an option file named previewisostd which can provide further clue. Better to check with the administrator on the project in such a case.
