I would use Utilities-->Quick Report to creat a small macro.
First column just a dummy text: INCLUDE
Second column the REFNO of your GLABs.
Once you have deleted the first row of your report/macro, just run it being positioned at the destination layer.....

    Hi!

    Sounds simple:

I want to move GLAB's to another layer! Considering that i have 36 of them, i don't want to use the "copy&paste" method. Is there a possibility to do it with a list?

    Thanks for help!

No. As far as I know, no.
That's why I would use a quick report.

    Hi atish,
you can copy Glab and delete old (false) glabs... type in command line of list:
    1. new glab copy prev (you stay on the correct layer)
    2. delete glab
