how to import symbol file

Hi All,
I have an Already exported Symbol file, I would like to import and see what are all available in this file.
Can anybody help me how to import

Symbol file (SYLB) is placed under the LIBY and should contain symbols (SYTM)
Regi>drwg>liby>sylb>sytm

I believe you have to open draft 'administrator' module to access symbols for editing.

And go to Isodraft symbol libraries application

yes ur right, but long ago we exported "sylb" exported, and placed under ISO folder. Now I would like to import in to draft and edit.
How can I do, I was trying to do with import option but it's giving me error

Tried going to Isodraft symbol administration and using the Import Isodraft Symbol
selecting the File and assigning the LIBY & ISOLB click Import
there is no error but cant see any ISOTM created under the ISOLB in the Draft explorer.
