Any how, PDMS Reinstallation solved this issue. But I failed to find the root cause for the same.

I think you may have copied a drawing/view and forgot to update the same...

Yes dear, If the drawing is not updated then you will get a different error ( snap which I sent in the begining) but, in that case PDMS should not get collapsed saying its a fatal error.

Hi power, I do have the similar errir message appearing.  LIEXEC command is not converting the PDMS to DWG files in the expected output.  After the conversion, some of the text and or lines  disappears.  This happens when the TrueType Fonts are used.  One of the error appear is centerline, the intelligent text used is '~C', but the output show 'Z'.  If we choose to have PDMS fonts like Font 1, the error does not appear on the DWG file.  I suspect LIEXEC command is not converting the file correctly.

However, we do have a work around, but it just add on the the work load.  That is to make corrections to the text overlap, and items that not showing in the correct positions.

Do you have the same problem?

    Try this steps,
    1) Stay on the sheet
    2) Q PICF
    3) Navigate to the picture file in the folder
    4) Rename it as corrupt
    5) Update All on the sheet level
    6) Savework
    7) Then try to extract

Thanks Prashant. But I am still facing the same problem many times. I followed the steps given by you but still facing fatal error and pdms is getting closed automatically.

Thanks Nerdy, what you are talking about is also I am facing but as you said, its related with the fonts synchornisation between PDMS and Autocad. But, currently this issue is little bit different.

    Fatal error it shows... :(

Hi, Power.  I had some error like yours and it took us some time to figure it out.  Can you try to do this:  Graphics > System Update > Picture
I got it resolved for the error you faced.

However, for our case, like you said, it is different.  PDMS Font and True Type Font are just simply not of the same.  And LIEXEC program might just be a problem in converting the PDMS Shee to a proper DWG.  We had a work around that is to convert it to DXF and then save it to DWG.  But that did not solve the Font problem.

    Give me your input.
