I just installed the latest fix I've got from Aveva Support. (AVEVA Everything3D Draw Mk1.1.0.34[113412] (WINDOWS-NT 6.3) (21 Nov 2017 : 19:43)
E3D 1.1 Fix 34
But I still get the same output. Navite fonts are okay but for TTF, when I set 2.5 in draw the output in Dwg is 2.0.
Hello Kimberly
I have been able to reproduce your issue.
It seems it has not been fixed yet.
I have seen you opened a Support Incident in our web portal.
But you have not created any Support Step.
I would suggest you to contact your local Aveva office and ask for some help.
The character height in Draw is not the same as in Autocad, and this is as designed and also documented. Search the help for "Character height" and you will find a page that describes the difference between letter height and character height.
Also the property grid in Draw can be configured to show either of these values, click System Defaults -> Text Heights... in the ADMIN tab to select which one is displayed.
DRAW measures character height from the character base line to the top of the character body The gap between the capitals line and the top of the character body is 20% of the character height, so the letter height = 0.8* character height. The gap for descenders between the base line and the bottom of body is one third of the character height. (These proportions do not apply to the SCRIPT font.)

you can update character height as per our requirement.
letter height = 0.8* character height
