Poonkadirkb, just clean it up de claimlist, pdmsuser and run from ADMIN module CHECK INTEGRITY of this database....You'll see that procedure works.

 

The above error happened when I try to do integrity check. I am not able to re-configure too. It says the db is open. Cannot delete also.

try to restart physical server

There are many projects, running from the server. Restarting it is unlikely. Is there any other way I can do it. Please assist.

Go for dice check on the db in admin module which is giving problem.

Thanks it worked only after physical server is re-started.

With the help of IT the database files can be unlocked. IT has the access to unlock any locked database files through computer management.
