Need information about using BACnet with InduSoft

Hi there

I am currently learning how to use indusoft Web Client 7.1 SP3 and have managed to learn quite a bit from the online tutorials. However, my primary purpose of using this software is for BACnet, which Indusoft & the web do not really have information on.

Although there is a sample BACnet application on Indusoft, I am unable to get it running; all the values will be unknown. The Indusoft Forum also has no topics on BACnet, making troubleshooting difficult. May I know whether there is a more detailed manual on BACnet programming? Also, can you assist me in setting up the sample BACnet application?

We have several resources for understanding BACnet available. The sample application requires external BACnet equipment or a BACnet simulator for the application to connect to. It is discussed below.

Also remember that the BACnet drivers have individual Technical Reference manuals that contain considerable information needed to use the drivers. Since you are using an older version of Indusoft, it is possible that you don’t have the current version of the BACnet drivers.
