This guide will walk you through setting up the InduSoft runtime server with SSL encryption to secure Mobile Access and Thin Client connections. This helps ensure that sensitive information, such as usernames and passwords, cannot be easily captured when connecting over the internet. This guide presumes the server has already been setup for Mobile Access or Thin Clients. First the guide will walk you through installing an SSL certificate into IIS. Then it will walk you through configuring your website to accept HTTPS connections encrypted with SSL.
