In InduSoft Web Studio v8.1 SP5, a feature was added to have popup windows redraw and scale its objects when resized. However, this feature is unsupported in CEView resulting in the Viewer failing to load screens. The workaround is to remove the line ‘ScalePopupOnResize=1’ from the project’s APP file. Once removed, CEView will load screens properly.
