Smart Message config message problem

This problem occurs on some projects and I can't find a workaround.

Basically the Messages configuration dialog box under Smart Message is unusable. It looks like this:



I have tried closing IWS and opening again as well as re-booting the whole PC but it will not go away. I can't resize or otherwise manipulate the dialog to get the config table for messages in the proper place. Old and new Smart Message object are both un-editable.

I am running IWS 8.1 + SP4

Any thoughts?

  • Is it just a graphics problem. i.e. If you click where the controls are supposed to be, can you change them? If so, it could be a graphics card/memory problem. Try running it on a different machine.

    Did you try toggling the Data Source selector? This looks like it would re-populate that section of the screen.

    You could have a corrupted dll file. Try re-installing Indusoft.
