Displaying Integer as time

I am trying to display an integer from a CompactLogix PLC as time in Indusoft version 7.1

Using this link:

The link is titled "Formatting a Value Display in InduSoft Web Studio"
But from the graphics tab in version 7.1 I don't see any option for a value display, just text....

Anytime I try to format the tag/expression, I get a Invalid Toke Error. (see attached pic)

How do I format an integer to show time, and use the formatting options shown in the above link?
