We had using IWS 8.1 sp2 for our client. However, our client often complaint that the trend display sometime became instability (display flashing or no display).
In order to solve the issue, we upgraded the software version to IWS 8.1 sp4. However, we found no improvement but even more bad after upgraded. We found that trend display will flashing when cursor is enable and trend display in Run mode. In Stop mode, display will no flash. However, display will redraw when click the cursor to other location. Attached the video for your reference.
We found that the issue is because we assign a tag for the cursor value output for cursor time display.
