When I click on the IWS 8.1 shortcut, IWS does not load and run completely. It has been working well for many months until today. After a reboot I see the Aveva slash screen but then it disappears and nothing else happens. After that even the Aveva splash screen fails to display until another reboot.
I ran the install/repair and not improvement. I am reluctant to clear and reinstall from scratch for fear that my engineering license will be lost.
The splash screen is attached. It shows only "Loading Database..." before vanishing.
I am using Windows 10 Pro. Any thoughts or solutions?
