V8.1 Service Packs

I downloaded V8.1 back in late 2018. It doesn't include any service packs. I'm finally ready to dive in so I want to update it. SP5 is the most recent. Do I start with SP1 and work up to SP5, or does SP5 include all the previous service packs?

The version 8.1 SP5 download is a full install. No need to install anything else first.
