I am using Indusoft V7.1 on a XP Professional PC talking to 5 Secure Viewer Client machines. I can only talk to 3 at a time. Are there limits to the number of connections? Documentation states that 10 is the limit for XP
The number of client connections allowed (Secure and Thin) are determined by the size of the Indusoft license. For example, the default for the Local Interface license is 1 Web Thin client and 1 Secure Viewer client. To see your license allowance go to Help->Support. This will show you all of your license details including the number of allowed drivers and clients of various types.
If you need more drivers or viewers they can be purchased separately at a reasonable cost. On a couple of occasions I have had to purchase additional drivers and Web Thin clients for particular installations.
