Can I connect Laser Scan file (.fls) in PDMS without AVEVA LASER MODELLER ?
My company doesn't have Aveva Laser Modeller. We got enquiry for Laser + PDMS service.
There is no direct connection to the FARO .fls file you will have to load it into one of the other LMI partner system. If you use LFM the data will go straight through to E3D when you move to E3D.
No, it is impossible without additional software and additional licenses:
1) AVEVA LFM Server. You can convert fls file to LFD file in the LFM Server.
2) Laser Model interface for PDMS. You can load LFD file in PDMS via Laser Model Interface
