I wish I was informed that things had changed. Nobody in my company realized that the free registration was in lieu of the free iPad. Most people don't really pay attention to the fine print. If I had been given a choice between free registration or $590 registration + iPad, I would have paid full price since the company is picking up the tab anyway.
