    is there anybody can tell me about the average annual pay for pdms admin in US who has more than 15 years of experiences in engineering company?

    Therefore the Chinese proverb - water flow down, people move up.

    My theory of salary is it should be a function of the extreme temperature.  For example, the high temp in Houston is 44-45C in summer, you should be getting $44-45/hr.  Lately the oil/gas industry was booming, so the formula is revised to be a function of F, ie highest temp(F) x 1/2 = hourly rate.  Houston is known to have 110F when adding humidity factor, so...

    I have been getting contract shop emails advertising senior piping designer at $60-65/hr, with the low exchange rate, it converts to 55-60 Cdn, 45-50 Euro, or 30-35 Pound sterling.  

    I do not know how cold Calgary gets in winter, but at -40, C = F:lightbulb:
