can anyone tell me we are looking for execution of a project in hyderabad(in india) so,plz tell me if anyone knows 'who are the authorised licensed holders of pdms in hyderabad(in india)'.

Do you mean "who supports PDMS in India" or perhaps "which companies have PDMS in India"?

In either case I think you should ask AVEVA directly to get the most accurate answer!
