hanger and support catalog question

Actually i am the user of pdms 11.6 in that i am using hangers and supports module . but i am not able to explore more on that module. i have a problem in that module that is i am not able to model any additional hangers and supports other than the existed ones. for example i am able to model supports upto 24" after that even i am not able to add new hanger components in that spec. i hope u understand my problem. please give proper information regarding this.And in some of the cases i have faced to many problems with this module i.e if i wrongly placed any component then definitely i have to exit the pdms again i need to login to use the further options.Is it problem with software or else my woring.

is there any other process to add components in the spec. without using specon and catview .

You can do it in paragon but it is not as easy as the others. That is why they are provided.
