I have been a member of this beautiful site and I must commend the efforts of everybody in helping everybody.
I have a little suggestion though.
A lot of effort is expended on the application of the software, PDMS and its incredible capabilities but then we forget that there are fundamentals that must also be UNDERSTOOD before anybody who knows how to use PDMS sets to task.
For example, there is a lot a budding PIPING ENGINEER needs to know before he ascends to the level of even using the "middle-mouse".
A book like PROCESS PLANT LAYOUT AND PIPING DESIGN by Ed Bausbacher & Roger Hunt would be excellent beginner before PDMS. It is simply a CLASSIC.
To this end, I suggest a forum section for PIPING DISCOURSE.
But surely that is the name of this forum/site 'PDMSWORLD', nothing more nothing less!!!
Piping engineers use PDS, Smartplant, Autocad, Solidworks and so on and what about other disciplines...Mechanical, electrical, structural. Are you saying we dont require a forum on them?
