I think the idea is the more post's you have the higher the level, not sure but I believe the next level requires 200 post's.
But the post's need to be a balance between questions and answering other peoples questions!
I have a firm understanding. Bring them on board contract for a short term job. Within the first or second day it will be obvious. Then decide if they are coachable, and work from there.
