Bad Times!

These days we are working on a lot of PDS projects. I was plain curious, why it was so? I spoke with two managers separately:

Manager1: PDMS licenses are expensive. So the client wouldn't want anything that is expensive.

Manager2: AVEVA marketing in India is poor if compared to Intergraph.

What do I say? These are bad times if you love this software!
