• Wow, never knew going commando was a strict "no-no", for ANYONE!

Who is writing these articles because my 5yr old could probably do a better job with the grammar and include some pertinent content?
• If you can do better write something and i will post it up. Talk is cheap. Anyone is welcomed to write.
• I'll see what he can come up with!!

But serioulsy where, anywhere in print can you honestly show me that it states someone can not choose to or not to wear an undergrament of their choice?
• You must be talking about the "how to dress" article. Haha. Write something that has to do with drafting/design or the workplace and I will be sure to post it up. I will be trying to write on a weekly basis as well and will publish any sort of article that may be interesting to our members as well.
• interesting comments from a person named crashtested......I have been a member of PDMSWORLD since 2006.  My observation of Expert's posts are different.  He seems to be the voice of reason.  His replies to various post has helped be greatly.  That is my opinion.
• I am going to go through these point by point
First, you should restrict the use of internet by your employees during the lunch breaks. When your employees have some free time, they usually visit a lot of websites, which can damage the computers they work on.

This is impossible and unrealistic. I have worked at small firms (I sent up my first company's internet access) and large firms, and all of them allow use of the internet. The simple reason is, it is a tool to be used for research. At my last company one of the engineers consistently used HowStuffWorks - Learn How Everything Works! to learn oil pressures and failure rates for items.  It is not a toy, or a thing to use to avoid work. You can block things like facebook, twitter and even non work email sites except during lunch and non working hours, but you cannot block the internet completely. These should be outlined in your "Acceptable Use Policy".

After that you should definitely install a firewall, which will protect your system from internet attacks. There is no matter what kind of business you are running, because in each one of office computers, there is some important business information for sure.

This is something your IT department should be doing. If you are too small to have a dedicated IT department, hire a consultant to set it up. This is the FIRST thing you do when your company goes online.

Explain your employees that your company owns all the e-mails that are stored in the company boxes. That way they will not use their work e-mails for communicating with family and friends.

Yes they will. Instead what you do is define acceptable use which would be using email for personal reasons a little but but not so it interferes with your work.

It is important to define the penalties that each one of the employees will have to face in case they break up the policy.

Definitely, but this is a job for the HR department, as here (in Canada) there is protection from undue firings. These will include warnings, meetings and termination. If people are surfing gay monkey videos you have a problem with your web filtering software (more on that later). This is part of your acceptable use policy.

Finally, make sure that all your employees have a copy of the Acceptable Use Policy, because that way you will inform them properly what they are allowed and not allowed to do.

You have to do this, because in this case "ignorance is an excuse". If you don't tell your employees what is expected, you cannot fire them for not knowing that.

First do not allow your employees to listen online radio, because that way they will slow down the internet connection of the whole office.

This is done with your firewall policy. Everything from Gnatbox to Web Marshall (and more!) can block internet radio.

Do not allow your employees use P2P sharing sites, because such websites often contain a lot of malicious software.

See above

Make sure that you will not allow your employees to use any of the social networks during the time they work. When they are at the workplace, they are supposed to work, not to chat with friends or socializing.

See above

Do not allow your employees to download any kind of software products, because the risks of viruses are higher.

You can block .exe, .bats and other routines using firewall software too. Typically only the IT department has this access.

Finally do not allow them to download copied software. The reason for that is the fact that such software is illegal and all over the world, there are severe penalties for people, who use it.

I would include this in the "blocking exe files area".

Further to this, you want to block sites like "anonymiser" or other web proxy sites because these allow you to sidestep your firewall rules and do any and all of the above.
