1.Is it possible to transfer Dump model (not intelligent) from PDMS TO PDS ...?
2.Is it possible to transfer Dump model (not intelligent) from PDMS TO 3d-Acad ...?

Yes you can export a DWG or DGN from PDMS using Explant-A and Explant-I respectively.
