AVEVA or EPC?!!!

My opinion being: -
A - developing career, if career is in IT then aveva, if career is in engineering then EPC
B - money orientated, then go to the highest bidder?
C - job satisfaction, nobody can tell you that? it is a personal thing. I suppose A & C go hand in hand, if you like IT go to aveva, if you like Engineering go to ECP...

Which one is better in general? Work for Aveva or an EPC company?

And by better I mean, having better (A) opportunity to develop your career, (B) money wise and most important (C) job satisfaction.
