I noticed that some of the problems people has when using PDMS, is due to installations that are not up to date.
Aveva regularly releases Service Packs and/or Fixes that address software issues and introduce new functionalities and improvements.
So this thread is to encourage you all to keep (when possible) your PDMS version as much updated as possible.
You can visit the following web page:

Hope this can help!
It's true , but every time I update the version of PDMS I've many problems with the ISOMETRICS. I need to rebuild the iso file, because I've noticed that I can't reuse the file when I change the fix version.
I'm speaking in the same version, as you know we're using PDMS12.0 SP6 , so it's not easy to update it takes time and lack of work.
Juan, when you install a new fix you have a Release Letter explaining what is new.
For example in Isodraft you can now change the "baloon" shape around part numbers, welds etc etc.
This means a new command (a new line) in the option file.
You just need to add that line in your older files and it should be ok.
