The 'general' opinion is that there are a lot of posts from members whose location states india, who ask's questions that are very basic. This forum was originally meant for experienced users to enhance their pdms skills, it appears from the posts (mainly from indian locations) that this forum is being treated as a learning/teaching forum for beginners and first time users of pdms.
Aveva operates teaching courses around the world, this forum has stated in the past that it will take from the hand that feeds it's mouth...

dont include racisms into technology.

You are saying statistics... what kind of statistics you have. Are you counting how many users from a particular country are posting annoying questions?
