Agreed. I will see about this. I think duplicated posts should be referred to the original post and then locked (not deleted).
Duplicate post can actually be merged into similar post. All you need to do it report the post and it sends a message to my phone so I can take care of it or another one of the moderators.
Our moderator group does a wonderful job of keeping up with this community and is as active as they can be because they are often busy with their own lives. The group is about the same size as last year since we have not added new moderators to the group in some time. If you see something that looks funny then just REPORT the post and we will look at it as soon as possible.

Yes these guys have been helpful to others for a long time. Let me discuss with current moderators to see if they feel it is time to bring on another moderator because the membership has grown. After all the current moderators have done over the years I want to ask first so I am not stepping on anyones toes.
