how do i abbreviate steel callouts? If it says (ex:WT3x3x9.5). How do i take off the x3x9.5 so it just reads WT3.
Its somewhere along the lines of #CATREF (px:1)(c2:c10). but where do i put this in the attributes. it doesnt have a BTEXT and the ATEXT is unset. pls help.
Is this in a SLAB or GLAB? GLABs are easy as they are just a BTEXT, if it's a SLAB you may have to make it a local symbol or choose one with an editable ATTR
You need to navigate to the Template Reference (TMRF) and edit that.
But this is possible only if you have write access to it as Frenchy was saying.....

Oops, forgot to explain that bit, thanks Corrado.
If you put /CATREF-SCTN-C-TOS-EL in the command line it will take you straight to the Template reference, then as Corrado said, edit it or the TEXP below it, if you add #ATEXT in the TEXP, such as Btext '#PROPERTY^RTAG(C:3) #ATEXT' for example it should allow you to add your won text after the TAG.
If you don't have write access to the original TMRF, then right click, copy and paste it into your own library, rename and edit it, then point your SLAB at the new TMRF.
