I've got problem recently interviewing people with PDMS skills. They wrote a lot in their CV's stated having years of experience only to found out that they know nothing (what a waste of time). I've got PDMS members here who speak a lot about pdms but know a little. This type of poeple should be filtered out during interview so we can avoid headache.I heard from my colleague that his friend got hired from other company by only learning PDMS in few days. Good for them they passed the interview ( i doubt who conducted the interview).
If engineer come to you, who does not know PDMS. Send him to training. The main thing, that he knew his job as an engineer. PDMS is a difficult program. So give him a chance. Who are you to impose sentences. Think before you make such statements here.
