I'm no idea about this problem, I had upgrated my machine from windows XP 64 bits to Windows 7 professional 64 bits with servicepack 1.
My PDMS is version 12.0.SP6.35 and install software symantech endpoint protection also.
When I'm tries to open some project, software remains and has error "Database error 38" then application has close automatic.
I'm recheck again with my database but it size became to zero KB.
