Change MDS Description in PDMS 11.6

Dear all,
 I wan to change the desription MDS support in version PDMS 11.6. But when i edit the pproperty ( VTEXT (!!CODEGT11)) it showing error.
Know that there is a ruse 1 in the attribute but im not be able to change the ruse from 1 to 0.
Can please someone help me?
