can you tell me what is true type fonts & how to download? & is it external software to change fonts frome one to another? & steps too?

In relationship with the Font problem. I have a problem in PDMS Draft Customization.

Anyone here know how to collect fonts of Draft and put it in a ComboBox?

I badly need it. Please help
