i ask this question because in our company, we will only recieve the license file from our mother company. They are the one with direct communication to AVEVA regarding license issues.
i was ask by my collegue assign in other company about this manner and how they will use it.

CALM is a system that allows the customer to rent licenses on a day-to-day basis, very handy if you wish to test some software for a day or something. Of course you can also rent licenses for months via CALM.
It requires activating, and I think it is a separate contract that your company has with AVEVA. Contact your AVEVA account manager for further information.
so that's the difference between our procedure because i was surprise that my collegue said that it has thousands of tokens. i think i will try to ask our AVEVA Representative for further details.
