Hi guys!
Ten years ago we signed
contract about Aveva licences.
We bought it as permanent licences.
As I understand something have changed
in company(Aveva) rules about licencing since then.
Now, tech. support forces us to pay some
money for services.
So, I have a question - is it legal to stop sending us
licence file, if we stop pay for the support?
If companies rule is above agreenment responsibility?
