Need to restore a back Up Project

Hi All,

I am having a global project took the backup of a particular date. When, I tried doing back up, I observed project system is lost.

May, I know what the best way is to retract the system file and best method of replication of project.

Will be very grateful,

its may set with expiry dates for the project files

or

all files are might not copied or available

While unzipping we observed SYS file lost apart from that remaining files are presented. So, we tried doing create a new project along with databases and tried reconfiguring sys database but unable to retrieve data.
