But ViewPoint is region specific to North America.  Maybe you can suggest this idea to your usergroup in Asia Pacific area.  I'd love to visit Singapore again.  

Clarks quay is the best.  I love the fact that if I get lost in Singapore, it is at most a 45 minutes bus ride from east coast to west coast :-)

I like the idea of San Antonio!!! It's a great confernence location.

I have to admit that even though my management would probably approve a conference in Las vegas, the distractions  might inhibit the proper attention level.  I think a slightly more sedate, but still resortish location loke San Antonio would be a decent choice.

I would have to agree.  Even though Vegas sound fun but information provided by both AVEVA and ViewPoint would be in the meeting rooms...not the casino floor.  I have heard San Antonio is very nice area.  Still in the Texas ares for the majority of the US users to get to easily, but far enough away from Houston so you have to committ to being at the conference.
