smart plant 3d to pdms

Can  anybody give idea of conversion of smart plant 3d file to pdms  file .

Smart plant can be exported in dgn format. It can then be easily imported to PDMS as it doesn't slow it down too much, unlike autocad dwg format.

You can use the plugin AVEVA ImPLANT-I, which converts DGN v7 or v8 into PDMS.
