Due to unknow issue AVEVA system OS got crashed. SO we used the system restore point to restore the OS. Since then we are getting an error window like" ERROR[26]: REQUES DENID DUE TO CLOCK TMPERED EECTION ".
we get the same error but in an other case.
Maybe someone else has this error too or can help us
We seted up an new virtual desktop and we connect the Aveva Bocad Dongle via sx-Virtual Link with the VD's (this constallation runs an our "old" Virtual Engines on Win7 from 2010 till 2016 an since 2016 on Win10 without problems). Each machines (the last old VD, an WIN10 ltsc and the new WIN10 1909) are getting the time from our domainserver and on each are the same licences installed.
We testet on the new VD the ALS 4.1.3 and also the ALS3.0 (this was the answer to the ticket from the aveva support)
The Aveva Client Configuration Tool gets the licence information from the Licence System Console via port 4545 on localhost
It seems like that other software has also this problem. Can the problem came from the sentinel server?
