Try to restart your RMS Licence Service using service.msc>find this service by name>restart the service. Or if you installed RMS Licence service just now, restart your server and try again.
IF (not working) THEN Re-install RMS licence Manager and again restart and try.
Or better ask your local Aveva office to help you.
hi i have a same problem pleas check this thing:
1- check your firewall and you most allow connection between servers
2- use Ip addres instead SERVER NAME
