Can't find DSTWLD (Datasheet template world) on Lexicon Module

Hi All,
To define Data Sheet in Engineering module, I do need to add DSTWLD element into Dictionary Explorer /* at Lexicon but it is not appearing when I click 'Create" bottom. Could anyone help on this?
