in engineering module compare can not be complete, the error shows "Warning: TagsAddin. Environment variable apsDATA is not defined. Project lists can not be read/saved."

what should i do?

set APSDATA=%projects_dir%\AvevaPlantSample\apsdflts\data

this should be set in the project, whether you created any folder like this
