Engineering tag Reports(Change Highlighting)

I need to export a TAG report with Changes wrt to Previous revision Highlighted in the Report. Is it possible ?

Yes this is possible.
You can use list datasheets with rev marker same as in Data sheets.
Or you can create a customized report with report  designer where there is a script running in the background.
This method is more complicated than the list data sheet but you can do color highlighting for the attribute that has changed.

2 see 2 method natif from aveva
1-if you speak about datasheet you can open datasheet using compare revision,you choose the old and last revision wanted.
revision available will be revision done with the revisioning system configured in aveva

2-if you stay in grid ,you can make an highlight change,you have to choose date of session that you want compare
