I try To Issue one p&id but it not be issue ( the revision not added to revision list in manage tab ) but when i change the drawing cad name ( p&id file name in windows ) it will be ok and issue correctly , plz help me what is the problem with this????
why i should change the cad name , and previous cad name cant issue ??

May I know what AVEVA P&ID version are you using?
You may refer for the proper issuing of your drawing in Online Guide or AVEVA P&ID Help. Search the Issuing Drawings for Drawing Manager.
May I ask if you have already List of value for major and minor revision...?
