Aveva P&ID Assemblies not getting placed properly

Greetings Friends,
i am facing a new issue when upgrading the project from 12.1 SP2.13 to 12.1 SP3.10.
While placing an assembly in the drawing, Continuous message 'RotateEntities -ewasErased' was coming in Command Window and not allowing to perform any action. The Assembly gets rotating and scaling following the cursor.

Help me in this pls.
