Missing Data-set Attributes in ISO 15926 XML Export for Pipes with PersistentID Identifier "VirtualPipeSeg"

I would like to ask about how datasets for pipes are processed to the ISO 15926 XML Export of AVEVA P&ID.

I added Datasets for pipes, but I noticed that in the exported XML file, there are PipingNetworkSegment that do not have GeneralAttributes for the Datasets we added.

These PipingNetworkSegment that do not have Datasets also have PersistentID Identifier "VirtualPipeSeg"

Is there a setting that we can change in ISO 15926 Export in order to include the Datasets for these PipingNetworkSegment with PersistentID "VirtualPipeSeg"?
