I have tested on 2 PC only, with the same error
Have you checked if there are no problems with user permissions for the SQL server of your AVEVA P&ID setup?
Have you tried downgrading version?
I am facing this error in 12.1sp3 as well
Yes, we have not checked the permissions --> no problem
Previous versions work, the problem seems to come from FIX 12.2.2.4

If yes can you please elaborate on what permission as they have permission for SQL
In SQL management studio, open Security folder, then open Login folder. There will be a list of windows usernames that can login to the SQL server.
we are using same username for everyone so that should not cause any issues.
As with same user name it is running in other system
